Q. I’m not registered to vote in NC and missed the voter registration deadline. Can I still vote?

A. Yes! You can register to vote and vote at the same time at any One-stop early voting location in your county. Find the location nearest you.

To register, you will need to complete a registration form on site, show a photo ID, and have proof of your current address. Bring a few options just in case. Find acceptable forms of ID.

Q.I’m a student in North Carolina but from another state. Can I vote here?

A. Yes! You can register and vote at the same time during One-stop early voting. See above for early voting info.

Q. Where will the Amendment be on my ballot?

A. The Amendment will be the last item on your ballot. Depending on the other races on your ballot, it could be on the front or back. Be sure to turn your ballot over if you do not see it on the front. The photo above is from an actual ballot. Fill in the bubble next to AGAINST. View a sample of your actual ballot.
